Welcome to Rustic Feather Designs. By placing an order through our website or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

All custom orders are made to your specifications. Proofs are sent for approval before production begins. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed, refunded, or returned unless there is a clear production error or damage during shipment.

2. Processing Times

Standard production time is 7–10 business days. Certain complex or made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks. We strive to complete all orders ahead of schedule when possible and will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping times are separate from production time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees for replacements are typically the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.

5. Use of Designs

All artwork, designs, and creations by Rustic Feather Designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without express written permission. Custom designs provided by you remain your property, but we may showcase them in our portfolio or social media unless requested otherwise.

6. Community Standards

We reserve the right to decline orders that include hate speech, discriminatory content, or anything that violates our values. Cheeky, NSFW, and bold designs are absolutely welcome — but anything harmful or offensive is not.
